• Personal details: Name, email address, phone number (provided during registration and order).
• Birth data: Date of birth, time of birth, place of birth — used exclusively for astrological computation.
• Payment data: We do not store payment card details. Transactions are processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). We receive only a transaction ID and status.
• Usage data: Browser type, IP address, pages visited, session duration — collected via anonymous analytics (no personally identifiable tracking).

• Generating your personalised Rudraksha recommendation report.
• Sending your report PDF to your email address.
• Providing 3-month post-purchase email support.
• Communicating important account and service updates.
• Improving our recommendation engine using anonymised, aggregated data.

Your data is stored on servers located in India (AWS Mumbai region). We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Birth data is stored separately from personal identifiers and cannot be accessed without both decryption keys. Access is limited to authorised personnel only.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We share data only with:

• Razorpay — payment processing only.
• AWS — cloud infrastructure provider (data processor, not controller).
• Legal authorities — only when required by law with valid court order.

• Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data. Note: deleted birth data cannot be used to regenerate reports.
• Portability: Request your data in machine-readable format.

We use session cookies (essential, no consent required) and optional analytics cookies (require consent). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; this will not prevent core functionality but may affect session persistence.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
